The first step in registering the software is buying a license from our purchasing page.
Once you buy the software, you will receive a sixteen digit access code. There are two different types of access codes, and each has its own benfits. One access code requires an Internet connection without a proxy server, and the other access code requires the software serial number be emailed to admin@reportviewer.biz. The two codes are described in detail below.
Once you purchase the software, you will be sent, by email, sixteen digit access codes that will allow you to unlock the software using an Internet connection. Each access code is unique, and may only be used once. If the client computer is behind a proxy server, or if the client computer does not have access to the Internet, you will not be able to register this way. To unlock the software, you will need to obtain a traditional access code.
The traditional access code is a sixteen digit access code that is tied to the software serial number. The software serial number is number on the form below. To obtain one of these codes, send the serial number, for each license you purchase, to admin@reportviewer.biz. You will receive in return the access codes for each serial number you send. Un like the Internet access codes, these codes are tied to a specific computer and install of the software. These codes may be reused on the same computer, but they will not work on a different computer.
You may purchase our software by using the shopping cart on the purchase page. It provides a secure way to purchase licenses from the trusted third party, Google Checkout.
Once you purchase license for the software, you will receive, by email, access codes to register the software. The access codes are sixteen digit keys that are used to grant you access to the program, after the trial period is expired. It may take up to twenty-four hours for us to respond to a purchase, though in most cases the licenses are sent out within thirty minutes of the purchase time.
We use a trusted third party, Google Checkout, which has experience handling billions of dollars in transactions, to process the transactions for ReportViewer.biz. They take many precautions to protect the buyer.
There are many reasons we choose to use a third party to process our orders. We do not want to take the responsibility of handling your banking or personal information. We believe that using a third party to handle our transactions best protects our customers.
The orders are usually processed quickly; that is, we usually get the license code to the customer within thirty minutes. Though, we tell customers that orders may take up to twenty-four hours to process, just to encourage our customers to purchase the software ahead of time. That, and if you purchase the licenses out side of our normal business hours, that may slightly delay your orders.
